Laura Gilli

After years of considerable experience and growing responsibility in multinational retail & consumer industries, Laura entered the tourism business
as Director Corporate Relations at Festival Cruises.

In 2004 she joined the award-winning international luxury cruise line, Silversea Cruises, as Director of Communication and Marketing, Continental
Europe and New Markets. Her responsibilities included developing and overseeing all forms of consumer and trade promotions on- and offline,
as well as international advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives.

In those positions Laura was fundamental in creating brand awareness through a strategic PR approach and by managing media relations
in an always changing environment.

The search for excellence and exclusivity in tourism, as well as her lifelong interest in healthy living and wellbeing, has become a distinctive passion
which led Laura to co-found LAV Solutions Ltd in 2013. She is now taking care of the development of the e-commerce platform.

A graduate in Foreign Languages with further studies in tourism management, fluent in Italian, English and French, Laura is married and has a son.
